- Advertise your home in the weekly LA Times and notify top local agents of the new listing.
- Distribute just listed flyers to your neighborhood. Then If needed we can schedule an open house every Saturday, Sunday and even brokers caravan on Tuesdays!
- Every open house will have over 20 signs + flags put up to maximize the exposure needed to attract a buyer to purchase your property for the highest possible value!
- Notify our extensive network of buyers and investors with details of the listing.
- Pre market and advertise your property in over 200 online and social websites. We also create a custom website, property brochures with fliers, mailers, virtual tour with floor plan, youtube video and email blast all SoCal Agents.
- Careful strategy and planning to maximize the price obtained for your home! It is a fact that our methods will get your home sold for the highest price!
Communication:
- Contact you regularly with feedback and answer any questions you might have about the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to you.
- Discuss all marketing activities and keep you up to date at all times.
- I am always available by text, phone and email. My response time is either a few seconds or couple minutes to get back to you.
The Sale:
- Pre-screen potential buyers and present and discuss all offers with you.
- Furnish you with an estimate of the proceeds you can expect from the sale.
- Negotiate aggressively on your behalf at all times.
